Take over for the crew president when necessary.
Support the crew president and other officers in their leadership functions.
Give leadership to recruiting new members into your crew by:
- Coordinating plans for the annual "firstnighter" to invite new members to join.
- Encourage all crew members ro bring new prospects to crew meetings and activities.
- Follow-up with crew members who seem to be losing interest in the crew.
Admit new members into the post. Be sure they are introduced and feel welcome.
Recognize the achievements of crew members.
Conduct opening and closing ceremonies for your crew.
Work closely with your advisor/advisors.
Carry out other duties as assigned by your president.
